Rush Service

FREE 1-DAY (24 hour) RUSH SERVICE is available for a large number of in-stock items. Confirm with Customer Service Department for specific details). Some products may not be available on a rush basis depending on product availability and preexisting product schedules.

APPAREL 1-DAY (24 hour) RUSH SERVICE may be available for most items with an upcharge of 15% minimum (to the unit cost).

FREE 3-DAY RUSH SERVICE is available for items with select decorating processes and the same terms as noted for Free 1-Day Rush service.

In some situations depending on particulars to any given product Free Rush may not be available. (Identified with the individual item details)

No Rush Service may not be available at the time of order being placed in particular but not being limited to Embroidery, 4-Color Process or Heat Transfer. Please consult with the Customer Service Department for updates.

No Rush Service is available for most kitting or pick and pack requests and large quantity orders with no prior notice of placement.

RUSH SERVICE CONDITIONS:

24-Hour or 3-DAY (determined by the individual item, time of day of order placement and any other circumstances unforeseen))

Displayed or advertised quantities only (see max. on website); some items may have quantity restrictions.

Exception: Ceramics rush orders for ceramics may be limited to 288 pieces or less.

Exception: Plush rush orders may be limited to 300 pieces or less

Exception: Apparel and Headwear (quantity limit is based on daily capacity). We recommend contacting our Customer Service Department to check live inventory prior to submitting your rush order.

24-Hour Rush: One-color/location imprints only; Silk Screen, Pad Print, and Digital Label orders.

3-Day Rush Service: Deboss or Heat Transfer in some instances. Valid only for the standard number of imprint colors/positions included for each item

Note: Non-camera-ready artwork submitted for 1-day rush service that needs to be re-created may require additional time consult your customer service rep (CSR - More information: (623) 581-7266

RUSH SERVICE REQUIREMENTS:

Complete rush orders ( invoice order, if provided P.O. and artwork) must be submitted together.

All communication, including P.O. and artwork must include invoice order or purchase order #.

ALL order info must be noted on the invoice or your purchase order itself and not in the email communication.

Orders must and will be be CLEARLY MARKED 1-Day Rush and must include in-hands date. Ant failure to confirm the order as RUSH may l cause a delay in order shipping.

Confirm All Orders CLEARLY MARK with item number, item color, quantity, imprint color, (imprint location, art instructions is specialized or out of the norm) and shipping instructions. Failure to provide and confirm the required info deems order incomplete and may/will delay production.

Complete order must be received by the deadline required as noted by the CSR. Depending on the product the deadline may be as early as 11:00 a.m. of that day.

NOTE: Complete order includes all changes made by the cut off time and are not guaranteed.

Art must be submitted in vector format to size.

Art re-creates are not available for rush orders.

No multicolor and multi-position orders accepted.

No Less Than Minimum (LTM) orders accepted for rush service.

Only Laser Engrave, Label, Silk Screen and Pad Print orders are available for rush service (some exceptions may apply).

No paper proofs available for rush service orders.

Rush order require payment with order.

Note: Credit approval will delay production; therefore, we require ALL NEW ACCOUNTS to pre-pay all rush orders (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Discover) unless credit is established and approved in advance.

Maximum of 3 split shipments permitted for rush service orders.

Rush service order must ship via FedEx or as necessary UPS. If shipping method is not clearly specified, factory is authorized to ship via air to meet listed in - hands date.

USPS shipping not available on rush service orders.

Note: Non-camera-ready artwork submitted for 1-day rush service that needs to be re-created will require a graphic artist fee where applicable and may add additional time. Orders not specifying method of shipment will be shipped by ground service. If a faster method is required, air freight must be authorized.

SAME DAY RUSH SERVICE

Please add 25% to the unit cost confirm with your CSR (More information call: 623.581.7266).

May be available for most 24-Hour Rush item.

Please contact a CSR prior to placing order to ensure sufficient inventory and production capacity. Same day rush available on most in-stock items; displayed quantities only: one-color/location imprints only; Silk Screen, Pad Print, and Digital Label only. Laser Engrave: Same Day Rush available FOB SC only.

SAME DAY RUSH SERVICE REQUIREMENTS:

Subject to approval, complete same day rush orders (Invoice approval or your P.O. and artwork) should be submitted together well before 1:00 p.m. CST

Invoice orders or your P.O. must be CLEARLY MARKED Same-Day Rush. Failure to mark the order as SAME DAY RUSH will cause a delay in order shipping. Same Day Rush Charges apply; please inquire.

Invoice orders must be CLEARLY MARKED with item number, item color, quantity, imprint color, imprint location, art instructions, and shipping instructions. Failure to confirm and/or provide required info deems invoice order or your P.O. incomplete and may/will cause a delay in production.

No Less Than Minimum (LTM) orders accepted.

No paper proofs available. (Sometimes a courtesy proof may be provided)

Art re-creates are not available for rush orders. If our graphics department does a re-create charges will apply.
